Hello, I’m Bret. I’m a multidisciplinary creative leader focused on turning ideas into clear, compelling campaigns. I specialize in ideation, creative direction, and building work that connects strategy to storytelling.

As Graphics Supervisor and Brand Manager for the City of Orlando, I lead a team of senior designers supporting all city departments. Together, we develop education and marketing campaigns across print, social, and digital platforms, shaping how the city communicates with more than 300,000 residents and subscribers. I’m especially interested in behavioral frameworks like DiSC and CliftonStrengths, using them to better understand my team, strengthen collaboration, and get the best out of each individual.

My background in offset printing and photography gives me a strong foundation in craft, while my experience in videography and drone work (FAA Part 107 licensed) allows me to think beyond static design and into full campaign storytelling. Whether I’m facilitating a brainstorm, directing creative, or refining the final details, I’m driven by the same goal: making ideas stronger and more impactful at every stage.

Outside of work, I’m a husband to Arcena and a father to our two daughters, Sophie and Violet. We call Lake Nona home and love being part of the community. I care deeply about supporting underprivileged children and addressing social inequities. I also enjoy writing comedy and rarely pass up a good opportunity to roast or be roasted by friends. When I’m off the clock, you’ll usually find me watching horror movies, following the Orlando Magic, collecting sports cards, or proving that I might be the okayest golfer you’ve ever met.
