As brand manager, I launched and manage the City of Orlando’s official GIPHY channel—an innovative tool that allows residents and visitors to personalize their social content with city-branded motion graphics. Beyond traditional photo backdrops and filters, GIPHY enables us to meet audiences where they already are: in their stories, posts, and messages.
This platform extends the reach of our creative team’s work, giving high-visibility to animations and design assets across organic user-generated content. It’s a powerful, low-barrier way to foster civic pride, amplify campaigns, and keep the city brand present in everyday digital conversations.
To date, the channel has generated over 212.8 million views, making it one of our most effective and organic digital brand touchpoints.
