When the Orlando Office of Sustainability and Resiliency sought assistance in establishing the identity of their innovative autonomous vehicle pilot project, our office orchestrated a brainstorming session to tackle the challenge. It was during this collaborative brainstorm that the concept of the Swan Shuttle took flight, providing our team with the essential foundation for crafting its distinctive brand.
In our endeavor to transform a box-like vehicle into a swan-like aesthetic, we consciously adopted an abstract approach. By repurposing the headlights as expressive eyes and infusing a feathered texture onto the vehicle's sides, we successfully achieved this artistic transformation.
The Swan Shuttle's emblem employs a clever "Point A to point B" motif to cleverly incorporate the letter S. This logo is prominently featured on the shuttle itself, as well as on signage throughout the Lynx Lymmo transportation route, enriching passengers with informative content.
The creation of an engaging time-lapse video, showcasing the meticulous transformation process, was undertaken by Mike Pino and myself. This video served as the City's inaugural introduction to the Swan Shuttle branding and vehicle wrap.
