When the Orlando Office of Sustainability and Resiliency needed branding for its autonomous shuttle pilot, my director and I led a multi-department brainstorm that sparked the concept of the Swan Shuttle. I directed the visual transformation—using the shuttle’s headlights as expressive eyes and applying feather-like textures to evoke a swan’s form.
We developed a clean, abstract identity that balanced innovation with approachability. The logo subtly forms an “S” using a “Point A to B” motif, reinforcing the idea of smart mobility.
The branding appeared on the vehicles, signage, and digital materials. I also co-produced a time-lapse video revealing the wrap process, introducing the Swan Shuttle to the public, via our social channels, with energy and clarity.
